A massively disfunctional organization with a multi-trillion dollar budget, that is more heavily armed than everything else in the world combined.
It is born of fear, driven by fear, and works by instilling fear.
It has enough nuclear weapons to destroy the world thousands of times over, and yet wants more.
And worst of all, it is at the beck and call of a redneck with an I.Q. of 71 who went AWOL from the Texas Air National Gaurd and can't even pronounce the world "nuclear".
