I guess I don't know what to say other than she just needs to go for it. She shouldn't be insecure about if her boyfriend isn't insecure about kissing her. Her boyfriend would probably be pleased if she kissed him because it would show that he's not the only one initiating things in their relationship.

Kiss other girls cause then you'll know what you like.
I don't recommend that, but I do however suggest that you wait a few years before you start engaging in that kind of thing. You sound to young!
