tend to worry every time...especially when I meet new people...for how they will accept me...what opinion they have for me, if they know me from somewhere. I tend to worry every time I need to finish some task and get panicked.

I try to calm myself...I have results for half day...and then all the effort that I made to calm down...I bring it again and I get more panicked.

talk with your doctor as you may have a form of anxiety which is easily treatable.
Also try imagery or meditation.

First off, do you drink a lot of coffee or take in a lot of caffeine or sugar?? If you do cut these things out, and get lots of exercise. I used to have really bad anxiety I worried constantly, and I made these dietary changes and exercised everyday, and the anxiety vanished. If this doesn't work talk to a doctor, maybe counselling will work, try to avoid medication if possible you need to learn how to quit doing the thinking that brings on anxiety. Take it from someone who knows.

dont resist your thoughts
let it come in your mind and face it
if you talk to some new people just listen to them ,dont bother what they think about you,it doesnt matter ,,just think and make a habit to say SO WHAT
if some body say good things ,,say so what,,and pass a smile
if some body say bad things,,say so what and pass a smile
i knowit is strange and unusual,,but it is very effective
say so what ,think so waht ,,dont bother,,
but use this to avoid only in anxiety related situations and where you are panic usually and other people are not,,
use it wisely and you will be fine
try this and then see if you need a doctor
take care
