Verse 1
1. Don't panic, even when everyone else is running around blaming you
2. Stay confident in what you believe to be right, when everyone is arguing against you, but don't be blinkered, recognise that others have an opinion
3. Be patient
4. Even if people are lying about you, don't tell lies yourself
5. When people hate you, don't let it make you bitter and twisted
6. Don't set yourself up as a holy-than-thou know-it-all

Verse 2
1. Have a dream for what you want to do, but don't pursue it to the exclusion of everything else (the end doesn't justify the means)
2. Use your brain, but don't forget to be practical as well
3. In excellent times or dreadful times, don't let your emotions overpower you
4. Suppose you've used your best efforts to create something, and someone else distorts it and uses it to hurt other people, or smashes it down or belittles it, you've got to be able to start all over again, even if everything is spoiled and its more difficult this time around.

Verse 3
1. Be prepared to take risks in life and if things go wrong, don't moan about it, just keep going
2. Keep going, even if you're at rock bottom and don't think your physically or emotionally capable of doing it - it's sheer willpower.

Verse 4
1. Be a good mixer. Don't give in to peer pressure and don't be a snob.
2. Keep your personal integrity, regardless of pressure from either enemies or friends.
3. Listen to and be empathetic to others, but not so much as to cause you to do something you know is wrong.
4. Make the most of every moment.
5. IF you can manage to do everything listed above, you'll be superhuman
And - what's more - you'll be a Man, my son!
