The aunt has all rights. If you want to see your child then stay on her good side =) I adopted children and their biological mother has no rights, even though it was an open adoption. As long as we get along and she doesn't cross the boundaries I set, I will mail her pics and let her see them when they are older and she is out of prison (if the kids want to).

If the aunt was awarded full custody then it is up to them. The parents still do have rights unless the courts did a TPR (Termination of Parental rights) if that happened then it is like those parents where that child's parents ever! However, if the courts only gave full custody to the aunt then the parents can either ask the aunt to allow them to be involved or petition the courts to allow them to be involved such as going to the doctors, schools, etc.
Really there are many factors that we are not aware of concerning this case. We can not say yes they can go to the doctors or no they can't. Yet it is obvious if the courts awarded full custody to the aunt then the doctors can't legal reveal any information to the parents without the aunts consent. The only thing that the parents can do at this point is ask for permission.

If the aunt has full custody, then the child and all decisions relating to the child are hers to make. The parents should have set up visitation at the custody hearing, but no, they do not have to be notified or even invited to doctor's visits, they have no custodial rights to the child.

No because obviously there is a reason the child is with the aunt and not the parents.

If they don't have full custody, then no, they do not. All decisions regarding the child are the aunt's decisions to make, as she has the custody.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN FULL CUSTODY ?????? WAS THE CHILD LEGALLY ADOPTED BY AUNTIE????
THERE'S A DIFFERENCE...... WHY WOULDN'T THE PARENTS WANT TO BE SOMEWHAT RESPONSIBLE AFTER ALL THAT IS THEIR CHILD RIGHT ???..... NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE THAT ..... ON THE OTHER HAND THE PARENTS ARE MOST LIKELY NOT CAPABLE OF DEVOTING THAT KIND OF TIME OR ATTENTION TO THIS CHILD . THAT'S WHY AUNTIE HAS HIM OR HER.... POOR BABY.....
