nothing is impossible - except seeing it, because it is invisible

No. There are stealth aircraft but the stealthy part comes largely from radar stealth (you can still see the aircraft if it flew over you).

There have been improvements with chameleon like technology (where the view behind you is projected in front of you so you are largely invisible) but it's nowhere near ready for use yet.

If you're going based on the fact that you heard a plane but couldn't see it, keep in mind that sound travels slower than light so if you try looking where the sound seems to be coming from, then you won't really see the plane unless it's very close. Also, sound bounces off objects so you could hear a plane or helicopter coming from your right but that could be the sound originating from your left that's bouncing on a wall (the sound on your left side could be blocked by a structure).

Stealth aircraft (F-117, B-2, F-22) are built of materials and shaped in ways that reflect radar abnormally or absorb and dissipate radar waves, so that they are "invisible" (actually, far less visible) to radar. This is not a visual effect; a normally sighted person can see them IF they know where to look.

And just HOW would we know?

There could be one or a billion invisible aircraft flying over me right this second. I can't see them, so it can't be answered. That's like the old question asked at airports, "has anyone put anything in your bag without your knowledge?..."

HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT!!

I would suspect not. I doubt if we have figured out a way to bend light to make an object invisible.

very possible. with metamaterials you can already make something invisible to infrared just adjust the wavelength and viola. It will not take long!!

nope. Have you ever seen anything that's invisible?
