Wi-fi is not allowed on any airline. At this time I don't believe that any airlines of Internet connections. United used to have Verizon Airfones that you could check email on but Verizon stopped that service. It will probably be available in the next couple of years but at a hefty fee.

All airlines that had onboard WiFi have discontinued it. Boeing pulled the plug on their Connexion service.

When it was available, it was about $30-35 for access during a transpacific flight.
