Stuff full of sugar won't keep you full it will actually make you hungrier so you should stay clear of cereals. I've actually gone to drinking smoothies. I just add some of my favorite berriers or vegies and it really fills me up. However, some people don't really like smoothes So another option would be this great sundae I make I got the recipe off of a website its
SUNRISE SUNDAE

Sorry but it really is the key. I eat oatmeal with lots of yummy fruits, you don't get the oatmeal taste that much. Other than that; try eating hard boiled egg (well ofcourse eating it everyday may turn out to be unhealthy) eat 2 walnuts everyday at least. Umm.. Drink milk, (I'm suggesting things that I've tried myself) try not to eat bakery stuff like cakes, doughnuts etc. they unhealthily keep you full. You say that you want to stay full from 6 to 12.. well during intervals drink water, eat small snacks of apples, bananas(not 3 bananas plus 2 apples at once!!, one banana at 9.30-10 am and another day an apple etc..) although apples sometimes make me even hungrier so a banana is better acc. to me :) I believe I have a good diet for my body, here is how it goes:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with fresh fruits and milk, walnuts for omega 3.
Middle Snack: A handful of a mixture containing raisins, pistachios etc (this is because I am anemic), 1 whole fruit(orange-apple-banana-peach..your pick!),
Lunch: Food tray containing meat (red meat, chicken or fish), salad, soup and I drink water with it.
After Lunch: (which is not directly after lunch but between lunch and dinner) Another piece of fruit (or fresh juice?)
Dinner: I usually go light on dinner and eat things like lunch but eat less meat and dont have soup but eat lots of vegetables and/or salad.
Throughout the day I try to drink water as much as possible..

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNE5J
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

I don't know if you have it in America but I love Oatabix. It's ground up oats made into cereal biscuits and it tastes just like it's wheat counterpart weetabix. You don't have to like oatmeal to like it.
A totally different thing that works is a large egg on toast.

I would say an 8oz glass of fresh squeezed orange juice or 1% skim milk.
One serving of a wheat based cereal (i.e frosted mini wheats)- one serving is about a
cup- in a bowl with 1% skim milk
and a contatiner of fruit yogurt.

Try having a glass of milk or some type of fruit juice. Don't eat anything with a lot of sugar. It will rise your sugar, then it will drop making you hungry. Here's a possible list:
eggs
meat
bacon
oatmeal
beans

Fiber (from some cereals/whole grain bread products) and protein (eggs, yogurt, cheese) are both healthy foods that induce fullness.
