This is soo easy to fix and no harsh methods are needed. The minute she bites, get up, walk away and completely ignore her for 10-15 minutes. This is what adult dogs do when puppies play too rough. They learn that biting stops the play session and they learn it fast.
Get her some chew toys - she is likely teething and needs things to chew. Soft toys are good for small puppies and so are old wash cloths moistened and then frozen - very soothing to the gums (supervise to make sure she doesn't swallow bits and pieces).
Puppy biting is a phase - your parents need to be a bit more patient. They didn't send you to a shelter when you were a kid and misbehaved did they?

Something I do with my shih tzu when she begins to bite is snap my fingers to get her attention off of where she's biting, point my finger, tap her on the nose and very sternly say NO BITE. I repeat tapping on her nose until she stops. A good way to divert her from biting is that after she stops, if she knows what "kissy" means, you can tell her after no bite to give you a kiss instead. It's working wonders for my dog.

Everytime the dog starts to bite make a high pitch sound like a dog makes when it gets hurt, the dog will think that your yelling at it. Then after a while the dog will stop biting

She is a puppy. She will bite if you get her excited.
1) Don't get her excited until she is old enough to go to obidience school
2) PLEASE spend the money and put her in a real obedience school when she is old enough.
3) Consistency is the key with dogs. Don't let her bite sometimes and then yell at her for it other times. If you don't want her to bite, you have to stop her and discipline her every time she bites.

Make listen to the word NO! or like I did I say Oww my dogs stop immediately, just make her listen.
And why is always people first answer to the problem To put the poor dog in a shelter? They are the kinds of people who should never have a dog in the first place.

When she starts biting to hard just give her a small pop on the nose and say NO in a firm but not mean tone.

When she starts biting,in a loud CLEAR voice say NO and end play session. Soon she will see that when she does this the fun stops.

My Lab puppy did that I put Vicks vaporub on what ever she is biting (you can put it on your hands) and if that dosne't work go to Petsmart and buy some Grannick's bitter apple spray and when ever you catch her in the act spray some in her mouth and say 'UHUH' and she'll learn pritty quick, WARNING don't put any Vick's IN her MOUTH JUST on what she's chew/biting
PS. dog understand 'uhuh' better than 'no'.

Whenever she bites, flick her on the nose and say "No, don't bite". Just a flick, you don't have to hit very hard. There's a lot of nerves on her nose and you just want to get her attention and not actually hurt her.

Try squeezing the gums over her eye teeth when she bites and firmly say NO BITE. It should work! That's how we have always trained our dogs not to bite!
