its a man made decision.if and when people get married,they make a vow in front of god and it should stay that way,or you should get out of your marriage,if you are having problems, i think its disgusting,how both men and women,deceive, there partners, by having affairs.so many lies and heart breaks,trying to cover up.

People commit adultery everyday like it's nothing, thats the problem, people don't want to wait until they get married or they just cheat on their wives or husbands. Adultery is not right and God said it is a sin.

Does someone have the "right" to betray their spouse. Not in any ethical system I'm familiar with. But they have the freedom to do so. Consenting adults are free to engage in sex with whomever they choose. Their spouses are free to divorce them if they don't like it. I certainly didn't. I wasn't the first soldier to go home to find my wife had been serving "Jody" while I was serving my country, and divorce was the appropriate remedy.
Men's Health published an interesting article with stats indicating that 1 in 25 men is raising someone else's child and they don't know it. I was surprised the figure was that low.
