I want scene hair.?

yea so my friends pretty much proved to me that i'm scene. its just my hair isn't. I want to dye parts of it blue but i cant find any permanent blue hair dye. does anyone know where i can get some? and how should i get my hari cut. i dont really want short hair and i guess you could say my hair is pretty long. about 4 inches past my shoulder.

I'd suggest blue on your bangs and on the bottom layer of your hair

Go to any drugstore and a lot of the brands now have the neon colors in permanent. As for the cut; leave your bottom layer short and get the top layers cut short and chunky so that you can stick it up.

Goldwell (a professional color company) makes color that is blue and fairly permanent (permanent is a relative term, the only people who should use permenant color are those trying to cover grey. All color fades) You would have to have it done in a salon however. You can't buy Goldwell without a license.

You can get the color at a beauty store where they sell professional beauty supplies. As for the cut i would go with layers if you don't want to cut it short.

oh my god u shud totally get those chunky layers that really show like awesum. with straight asymettrical bangs. then dye the tippy parts blue... but fadey blue. so its discreet yet rlly cool!

Why don't you get blue hair extentions?? You wud'nt have to cut your hair plus u'll get the same effect
