2 eggs
1 clove garlic minced.
1/4 cup milk (preferred soy milk)
1/4 tsp of salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper
you can add other toppings depending on what kind of omelet you want to have.
Well anyways beat all ingredients with a whisk for about 1 minute.
In a skillet heat olive oil, when hot pour in mixture leave uncovered. It will start to bubble when its done flip over and cook for half the amount of time it took the other side.
If you want a healthier way to do it. Try this method. In a deep pan boil water and pour mixture in a Ziploc bag and boil on low heat for 10-15 minutes.

I always make omelets. I always make them for my mom and she wants them now almost everyday. Here's what I do:
First I chop a little garlic, ham, cheese, whatever you want inside of your omelet. Then I beat 2 eggs with about a tablespoon of milk for a minute or two. I put some butter in not too big of a pan, but just the right size, on medium heat. I pour the eggs in, and wait until the whites start to turn white, and when you wiggle the pan, the eggs shouldn't jiggle at all. Then I add I the cheese, ect. I carefully flip it (I first flip about 1/2 inch of egg, so I can get my spatula underneath. Once its flipped I put pepper on top, with a little salsa, and it good to go. It usually only takes about 12 minutes to make one.
Also, just a couple tips, the longer you beat the eggs, the fluffier your omelet will be. I've also noticed that if you use a butter that spreads easier and is softer, the omelet won't stick to the pan.
Good luck!

You need an omlet pan... its a small saute pan...
2 or 3 eggs scrambled with just a little bit of milk
pour into pan on med heat...with a little butter if you like (too high you will have burnt on the outside and raw on the inside)
put your fillings on... when it is not so runny flip half of the egg mixture over the top and cook until the eggs are done to your liking... yummy

Whisk 2 or three eggs with a splash of water (yes, water, not milk) and sprinkling of pepper Take a nonstick 9 inch pan and heat over medium. Add a pat of butter. When the butter is melted and bubbly, add the eggs. You can stir up the eggs in the pan just so the bottom is dry. Add any toppings like cheese, ham, spinach, onion, etc. Continue cooking until the top of the omelette is no longer dry. I like to slip the pan under a broiler to puff up the top. Slide the omelette half way out of the pan on onto your plate and fold over in half.
It might take a little practice before your omelette looks it was cooked by a pro, but you can do it.

An omelette or omelet is a preparation of beaten egg cooked with butter or oil in a frying pan, always folded around a filling such as cheese. Gourmet cook Julia Child famously described an omelette as soft-cooked scrambled eggs wrapped in an envelope of firmly-cooked scrambled eggs. Many variations exist.
Here are some ways I make omelette:
You may use cheese, bell pepper, onion, herbs, mushrooms, etc for the filling.
Beat the eggs in a bowl or with a blender.
Cook the omelette in a non-stick pan.
1.) Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Pour the beaten eggs into a hot pan. Cook until the eggs are getting down. Add your fillings to the eggs. Fold over. Take out when done.
2.) Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add your filling to the eggs, before cooking. Pour the beaten eggs into a hot pan. Cook until the eggs are about done. Fold over. Take out when done.
3.) Put your fillings into a hot pan. Beat your eggs. When your fillings are slightly cooked, add the eggs. Cook until the eggs are about done. Fold over. Take out when done.
Enjoy!

serious. beat 3-4 eggs in a bowl. get a flat non-stick skillet to cook them on medium heat. Once the egg looks like it's almost done throw in your cheese, vegetables, meat...whatever kind of omlet you're making. fold it over once the edges are cooked.

Main ingredient is the egg. Whatever you want to mix with it would be up to your imagination. Salt it lightly depending on your ingredients; it is possible you don't need the salt at all. This one omelet is my best and all those who tasted it said the same: saute diced onions in EVOO, add a can of crab meat (without the juice), add salt and pepper to taste. Beat 3 eggs and add the sauteed crab meat and onions. Mix well and fry on a non-stick pan (use oil spray). You can use the same skillet you sauteed the crab meat with. Enjoy!

You will need two eggs, you will want to crack them into a mixing bowl, then add about 1/4 cup milk, {add extras like ham, bacon, sausage}stir this together, then drop it into the skillet, let it fry up,you will want to flip it at least once. Enjoy!!!!!!
