Skinny doesn't mean they are fit and healthy. You look good, you eat well and exercise.

You look great! Don't focus on the number on the scale, focus on looking and feeling your best.

It sounds like you are in perfect shape. Your friends could simply have faster metabolisms, and are genetically built very slim. If you feel good, eat a healthy diet and have plenty of energy, there's nothing for you to worry about. Your friends probably couldn't do half the things you do physically in a single day!

Try changing your routine. It'll basically shock your body and help you to start losing weight. Sometimes when I hit a plateau, I give myself one day to pig out(not too much) about 500 cals or so over what I normally eat then go back to my old ways the day after and I can usually start dropping the pounds again.

You stated that you look good so what are you worried about. You might have a different bone structure than your friends, therefore you will never appear to be tiny. But so what, variety is what makes this world absolutely wonderful. Just continue to take care of yourself.

You already do what you should be doing--eating right and exercising. Are you getting in the water each day? Water really is important.

You already look good, so why worry about it? Be happy with the way you are!!☺

My suggestion: buy a book on nutrition or get one from the library and make sure that you are eating correctly. That is the most likely problem.

Your friends, if they truly eat like pigs and don't gain weight, are hiding something from you; bulimia!
