Cut it into rings. Save 1 and chop the rings into cubes. Make a beef pate and cook yourself a hamburger, fry the pineapple ring and put it in your burger along with some caramelised onion. Eat the burger and then have the rest of the pineapple with some cream or apple and raspberry puree for afters!

It's a pain in the a** to eat.

Cut out the middle- the core- and eat the area between the outer shell and the core. But beware of eating pineapple too close to the skin because it has little thingies in it that make your lips bleed!! So annoying, but so tasty!
