no, no, no. If you lust after her, thinking of her naked, then yes it is a sin. But if you hug her and just love her from the inside out, as God does with all of us, then you will be fine.

Nonsense, the bible is full of physical show of affection and friendships. Of course if it is done with malicious intention and to get a good feel for the persons body the it can become sinful. However, if it's in a true sense of friendship and appreciation, I see it as showing Love and God is Love. I wouldn't condone open mouth kissing, touching inappropriate body areas, such as the lower back , thigh and obviously not excluding personal areas. I am not a priest but I have read the Bible and have conviction about what the Bible says to me...

im no priest, but hugging a person you love is the most beautiful gift and the most nice thing another person can do, it shows them that u love and care for them... hugging sometimes is a nutural esteem builder and gives confidence to some one who is feeling low or unloved.
so go right ahead and give a hug to everyone u love and hugging shouldnt be limited to love one s only only, u can hug other people too.

I am a priest from DeMarco Scientific Bible Theologians church in Chicago, IL and I always hug my boyfriend, in fact I go way further than hugging with my boyfriend

hail no!! did you know little kids grow confident if they're hugged alot? hugging is just a different kind of way to show that you care. i wished people hugged me. im gonna get some food.
