Basically i want to design some cabinets...etc
But its hard to draw perfect angles using things like paint shop and photoshop.

I've looked everywhere for exactly what your after and the best program i've found is Google's SketchUp. I love this program, as you can do practically anything with it. From floorplans to 3D houses, plus google has a '3D Warehouse' which you can donwload objects from other SketchUp users. You can find it, FREE, at http://sketchup.google.com. And if you have the budget, you can get SketchUp Pro.

i use lightwave, but you can use CAD, softimage, maya, max, houdini, list goes on. lightwave is known for the best modeling interface on the market..and its one of the cheapest packages too.
