Heck no. The 00, anorexic girls are disgusting. I'm a woman so I can't speak from a man's point of view, but I have much respect for the curves a woman is SUPPOSED to have. It's what makes a woman a woman. A girl who looks like she's walking on stilts with no hips, no boobs, nothing, just isn't attractive. It isn't the way females are intended to look.
I think it's amazing and sad how "beauty" has changed. There was a time where big hips, big chest, meaty thighs etc was truly beautiful.
When it comes down to it, I think women with meat on them is preferred, because when women become fertile, our hips grow, as does everything, and we can support a life growing inside of us without keeling over. (I'm not saying obese, but HEALTHY.) And on a biological, instinctual, animalistic level, this is why we're attracted to the opposite sex--to reproduce.
Think of an Italian grandmother. "Mangi!" she demands. She doesn't want you to be obese, she wants you to be healthy. Go to Italy and their men treat their full bodied women like the beautiful people they are.

At least. I'm a size 3 & I'm definitely not cute. Of course size 5,6,7,8,9,10,11, 12, 13,14,15, 16, 17,.... & I still wouldn't be cute. Oh well. {sigh}
Get what I mean? size doesn't always = cute. You're not looking at the whole picture and all the other features to account for. The Late Anna Nicole Smith showed that all sizes were beautiful (if you looked like her!)
I'd rather have a cute face than a cute bod. After all, that's what everyone looks at the most when they are talking to you. Don't stress your bod! :))))!!!!
Okay!!! So NOT cool or correct! Sizes 0,1,3,4,5,6 are still cute & beautiful, too! I've seen other women around where I live that were that size. They were very womanly & pretty. I don't think it's fair or decent that people who are a smaller size will stick up for those that are bigger & say that their bods are great, too. But then the very ones that get lifted up, tear the smaller ones down.....(go figure)........ mercy, people!
I bet Kelly Rippa's about a size 0 or 1. She's a bit on the really skinny side but still pretty & I bet her husband thinks she's hot!
For me & plenty of other women out there, we didn't gain any weight anywhere except our bellies (first pregnancy). So to say it's only natural for a woman to have curves & their hips & thighs to get bigger during pregnancy..... it may be more common these days & in some days past but who's to say more natural? Plus, when you talk about earlier centuries, decades, etc., you are citing a specific culture or place, not all women in the world, in all cultures, places, etc. looked that way as they did. Just like not all women everywhere look the way the Dallas "dog" (according to some -cuz their hips & thighs are way to lithe) Cheerleaders & the gals on that game show where they all hold a #ered suitcase "?" look. So pathetically lithe, NOT. (But why don't they let them get dressed for the show? They have to be in their nighties to be "eye candy" for male viewers?) Actually, I've never obsessed over the size of women. (I do like to stick up for people.) And I think most women would agree that when they see males they can notice that different sizes and physiques are attractive. Just like most men will agree on about how it is with women. ~maybe not outloud or to a select few. :)

A size 12 at 5'7 surely is not "fat", perhaps just not the immaciated looking model set forth in most fashion magazines. You are the average "woman." Walking, a little jogging three days a week/50-60 minutes and eating right should taper you to an 8-10 which no one should complain about! (or even the size 12 for that matter!) *smile* Enjoy your kids and your reasonable size - you are as pretty as you want to be - no matter the size. Have a great day!

Hell no! I think the definition of "sexy" or "beautiful" is how you carry yourself. If you have self confidence the whole world will look at you different! Good style, class and attitude will get you far! I'm a size 5...and I'm pregnant. I've been really depressed lately because my body already is not the best. I have low self esteem as well. But I've been thinking about this very subject lately. I was looking at a magazine today of "plus sizes" and celebrating the non anarexic women of America. It really made me feel better. Rejoice with the knowledge that you are heathy! Eat healthy, live healthy and raise your children healthy. You just cant go wrong with that:)

Some guys are shallow and only want 'Barbie' to hang on their arm. But there are plenty of guys out there who realize that women aren't all stick thin (and I know several who prefer they not be). Just don't lose hope and be yourself and get out where you can meet people. Do things that interest you where you can meet someone with the same interests. Take classes at a community college, join a local book club, take your kids to events with other kids/parents like bowling leagues or such, get involved in your church choir or other events. It's all in how you carry yourself and how you present yourself to others. If you're confident, fun, have a sense of humor and show some values and personality that appeal to others, you'll find someone soon enough.

not a size 5, but a size 12 will NEVER EVER BE CUTE.
you are fat and the only reason you "can't" lose the weight is not because it is your natural body type, but becasue you are doing something wrong or aren't trying hard enough.
I would strongly suggest you start a regimen of nutritional foods and excercise.
Say you don't have time? BS.
I would be willing to bet you eat a lot worse than you think (you aren't trying hard enough). Make a journal of what you eat and point out the unhealthy foods.
supplement your healthy eating habits with high intensity interval training and circuit training.

In all honesty I'm not trying to be mean, I'm bieng frank and telling you like it is.
If you want your husband to stay sexually attracted to you you need to care about your appearance. "letting yourself go" is NOT sexy. At least get to the point you were when you met him then he can't argue that you got worse.
Liposuction might also be a viable option for you. You have to do something. teh fact that you are asking here means it has already affected your self-esteem.
If you weren't bothered you wouldn't be asking and I'm going to tell you like it is not give you sugar coated nonsense. If that is harsh, then its harsh, that is how the world is and that is how the world will see you.

If you tone your body and exercise a size ten/twelve will look very attractive because you are tall. You will have great curves as well. But it's a matter of personal opinion. Just eat right and exercise to stay healthy for yourself and children, and everything else will fall into place.

I'm a mom of two kids also....and sometimes it's just hard to get the weight off. It's not about size....it's all about self esteem and attitude and personality! If you eat healthy...for your skin not your size...take care of yourself and have fun...then I promise you that others will see you as beautiful!

most the guys i talk to say 5 is way too small they like meat on our bones skinny skinny was out a long time ago 12 is average Marylin Monroe was a size 12 was she fat??

size 12 is fab having had two kids all that size six rubbish is what people think they should be when they look at magazines. Something to cuddle is better than stick insect
