When you let your hair down, it feels wonderful, sort of like taking off a tight bra. Any hairdressers out there know why?

It only hurts putting it in a ponytail if its a tight one and some people look better with their hair up. Like me, my hairs really frizzy and puffy so i wear it up sometimes so its not all over the place.

well, i used to NEVER put my hair up, and after i started putting it up a lot... the pain went away. usually i stretch out a hair elastic before i use it to reduce the pain. maybe you are twisting it tooo many times around??
