Can you lose weight from just eating special k cearial and fruits and vegtables for snacks? I do pilates 5x's a week and tae bo 3x's a week. How much weight can you lose from doing that?

You really should eat a variety of foods each day. Special K would be good for breakfast, along with fruit.
It sounds like you're working out a lot, so be sure to eat well. If you don't take in enough calories, you won't lose weight.

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

I tried the Special K diet and lost no weight. It doesn't work. Eventually your hunger catches up.
Although I did lose weight picking up a bowl of Special K instead of a cookie or candy bar when I wanted a snack.

special K doesn't have enough protein to keep you healthy. it's fine for one meal a day, but you need to eat a well balanced diet. how much weight you lose depends on other factors, like age and height and the weight you are now. read these for more info.

It works, i lose close to 5 pounds and i did drop one jean size-but you gotta follow the directions. The only problem is that I haven't been able to eat Kellogg since-that was 6 months ago, i got so tired of eating cereals!!!

I don't recommend you buy that stuff. I mean its not bad but it really doesn't help. Eat Cheerios instead because it provides a lot of fiber. But to loose the weight eat veggies, fruits and exercise!

no you would do better countng calires and eating six small meals la wait loss helps you are you can do it on your own its easy lost 58 lbs in9 weeks
