Here are some good ones I used a bunch of times:

The price is xxxxxx, when should we schedule delivery?

Is there anything stopping us from doing business NOW!!??

(After taking a customer on a guided tour of the service department...I would state.) As you can see, our service department is second to none, they can have your car ready for delivery TODAY.

No matter how you ask for the sale, always ask and shut up....Let the customer object to it, and be waiting for the objection with a comeback. Find out what is holding up the sale. With proper technique, it doesn't sound like your ASKING for the sale, it is basically a statement that you EXPECT the sale.....That is the true difference maker...Good luck, sell some units!!

By asking the customer if they need the product to be purchased. Then they find a way to convince them they need it therefore making the sale.
