He is about 20, im about 18 so its not anything stupid, if you look at my last question it will explain the situation. So please take the time to look cause this guy seems great and im at a loss. I have done this before and the nice guy moved away. I dont want to be to late so please help!!

She's outgoing and flirts a bit. Just be confident, smile warmly, eye contact, and be interesting (don't start a slow, arduous conversation that isn't any fun). If he isn't biting, he isn't attracted...then things get complicated.

Smiling always helps. If the guys is interested in the girl, it usually doesn't take much. I would say just try to hang out with him, or just come up with an excuse to treat him to dinner/movie. Make a bet with him and lose on purpose for a dinner date.

Show some skin. Smell really good. Smile a lot. Get mad and tell him off for something and then apologize in a big way and cry for being so hurtful He will notice you then.

Just be honest and up front tell him you like him and want to go on a date. A lot of guys would prefer a girl be direct and to the point. A lot of girls think guys are mind readers lol. IF you like him tell him.

tell him you need his help with something like moving a couch to a different position...wear some thing sexy but but casual like shorts or a summer dress. smell good and get close to him. stare in his eyes for longer then a few seconds. go for it....RAAAAArrrrrrr!!!
