Guys need serious prodding and direction sometimes. You told him how you felt, now maybe ask him on a date or something like that. Some guys would take the initiative once you express your feelings for them but many need to be pushed and prodded a little.

From what youve said he may just be shy so id just ask him on a date and make it clear that it will be a date. I think he will go for it!!

I think it means that he does not like you in that way. If he did he would have said something back in the form of "you to." Or anything like that. Best to just let it go but continue to talk to him and hang out. Cause you never know.
