Be a MAN and tell the truth if you have any respect for her you would own up.

Drugs, ecspeccially those, are no light matter. That's serious stuff. And if you care about her well being you'll tell her.
The truth is good...great. Suger-coating is fine. Depends on you situation. But in a romantic and more importantly sexual relationship you need to be completely honest ecpeccially health-wise. Imagine how you'd feel if:
1)She found out, stopped trusting you and never had sex with you again
or;
2)It got transferred in her body and medically hurt her somehow and you'd be in a position where you'd be telling lie after lie.
When it comes down to it, don't ask what YOU'D be better off doing. Ask what SHE'D be better off with along with what the right thing to do is.

I don't know if the whole drug-passing thing is true, but what you need to know is this.
If you're going to tell her that no, you are not using drugs, then you will be telling yet another lie. Once you have told all of those lies, you might feel that it is easier just to keep on lying. You supposedly love this person. Do you WANT to be in a relationship based on lies? If she figures out you are lying, how are you ever going to regain her trust?
Just think about that.

You should tell the truth, why would you put her in a bad situation... esp if she has already been in trouble for it? And I am pretty sure that having sex with someone cannot transfer drugs from your system to theirs... if you really care about her, seeing her arrested for the cocaine would have been enough for you to stop... thats just my opinion!
it is vital in relationships to always be honest!

I don't know if Cocaine can be transferred sexually though. It is better to tell a person if you are using drugs and what kind. If she found out that you lied about it, that can break up a relationship.

Just tell the truth. What is honestly the point in lying. She needs to know if you are doing that stuff. If shes not ok with it then maybe you should stop on her part if you really love her.

Of course not, specially not to women. I guess it depends on what the topic is. Think about it, do you really wanna tell a girl "Yes, you look fat in that dress." Though many women say they want honesty, at the same time they don't want to hear it. Maybe like they want lies masked as truth.

well telling the truth isnt always the right thing to do. because somtimes the truth may hurt peoples feelings or its jsut not ment to been said. but what you have said right now is MENT to be said. cause this might hurt her if she doesnt know about this. so i think you should tell her. and you should surport her by not doing cocain. that she be the right thing to do.

IT SEEMS THAT THE LIES STARTED WAY BEFORE THIS ONE. AND EVEN IF YOU TRIED TO TELL THE TRUTH YOU MIGHT END UP STRETCHING IT A LITTLE..... WHAT YOU NEED TO DO FIRST AND FOREMOST IS STOP LYING TO YOURSELF.......B-4 YOU PLAN ON TELLING SOMEONE ELSE THE TRUTH........KIND OF HARSH.... BUT AT LEAST IT'S THE TRUTH....
