Age doesn't matter in a relationship, unless it's illegal.

If you have to ask after 3 years if it'll work ... maybe you are unsure of being in that relationship.

I don't think age matters I am 35 and my husband is 48 we have been together for 12yrs, we have 3 children and love each other more ever.
I think after being together for 3yrs you should have a good idea if it's going to work out.
I hope that you are and will be as happy as we are. Good luck!

Seems to be working as you are still together. Is this really the question? Are you beginning to have doubts about the relationship? Are you using the age question, which didn't bother you at the start, as a get out of jail free card? The age gap didn't worry you then, why the question now? Time for a long hard talk to yourself and when you get that sorted in your mind, with your partner if your decision is what I fear.

12 years is not bad. Over 20 and you are looking for trouble. I know several couples that have been together for many happy years that have age spans from 7-20 years apart. If you truly love each other in all ways, then you will be together always. Don't ever stop communicating and you will be fine.

Only you can decide this. Age doesn't matter where love is concerned. You will know if this will work. As it has lasted three years already, there seems to be a good chance. Wish you all the best.

Well you've been with your partner for almost three years so you must be going well together. Age only matters to the people in the relationship so if your happy with this person then yeah it'll work

No that wont matter if hes young at heart.

In regards to teenagers it depends on the age AND MATURITY, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONALITY of both parties.

Just as ones 15 and the ohter is 19 may not be a bad thing if older one is the shy never had a girlfriend type

We have no idea if your relationship is a healthy one or a bad one so for us to answer this it's hard.

You are both old enough to where age is not a factor...if you want it to work it will, but it takes effort on both of your parts. If you are unsure then chances are the relationship will fail.

of course it can work if u are right fior each other. my parents had an age gap of eighteen years and were married for thirty years until one of them past away. they had a very happy marriage and i hope to find that one day. age is just a number (as long as its legal). if u are in love then it should not be an issue.

if you are asking this sort of question then you must be having some doubts. i dont think age is a big problem, im 21 and my husband is 33, we have been married almost a year and things are great. i think most women are better with older men.

if you both want it to work,it will.
