What's a good diet for ap not very motivated person with like no willpower!?!?!?

Only buy foods that are good for you, so you can't dive into the cheesy poofs while watching TV (you'll have to eat an apple instead).

drink lots of water...no soda.
try not to eat so much red meat. try chicken and fish. make sure that you get your protien.
no french fries...or mashed potatoes.
try an apple or some kind of fruit for breakfast instead of a bagle or donut. stay away from carbs.
eat every 3 hours..but little meals. and snack on vegies or fruit in between.
and walk...or jog...or run if you have the will power.
its not that hard when you just change up a couple things.

dont diet, diets don't work. Burn the calories. really people, this is not rocket science. Naturally you don't want to give up what you like and so you will have a hard time with it. Do something that burns the calories that you take in. Do some push ups, run, it tones the body and burns the calories. Please, loose this idiotic diet idea.

I think that my answer may help u if u read it carefully , and panic about fatness.
try the following advices :
* try to do housework as sports .
* drink a glass of water before each meal except breakfast.
* take a short nap after lunch by at least 2 hours .
* try to make ur dinner contain lots of fruits specially apples .

Oh, please email me the results of this one...poetmcchick@yahoo.com I am very unmotivated. I lost 50 pounds in two months due to not eating. Then I lost 20 more a better way, and gained them back.
