CA and Federal Tax Refund Tracking?

I filed for my state and Federal Tax Returns March 8th of this year and was wondering if there is a way besides the internet I can track my Federal and CA State and Oregon State Taxes? I just want to know the status of each one and more info of when it may come or what not. How can I do this?
