What is this called when someone says a sentence like "The Sky Is Blue." but it comes out werong like.."The blue is sky."
they change words around. My friend does that, and she gets straight A's.

I have heard it called verbal dyslexia. I do not think that is the technical term. It does not usually show up in the written work of a person who tends to express themselves like this. It can also be due to anxiety when speaking in public.

No she would probably say, "Blue is the sky".
