Fat free plain yogurt is the best. It has no sugar. Serve it with fresh fruit and a few tablespoons of wheat germ for a little crunch and a lot of fiber!

Yogurt is very healthy for you. The mistake that most people make buying yogurt that has fruit already in it. When you buy the kind with fruit already added you might as well eat a bowl of ice cream (its just as good for you at that point). These yogurts are loaded with calories and sugars (even if the package boasts otherwise) There are plenty of brands out there that sell plain yogurt that you can add your own fruit to and it will be much healthier for you. Also, make sure that are purchasing yogurt that contains live enzimes and cultures. Yogurt contains yogurt enzimes that are very important to our bodies and will help to eat some of the bad bacteria in your system and can help prevent yeast infections in women that are on antibiotics and other infections men may get while on antibiotics. Good luck.

Light & Fit Yogurt is the best. It has no artifical flavors, it's has about 60cals. And it's go for you. Everytime I go to Super Target, I pick up atleast 10 packs. I get the crave control kind. The crave control has a little bit of crunch to it. It has Whole Grain Cereal Oats. It comes in Vanilla, Strawberry and Peach.
