i dont know any links to go to but i have always been able to find my prom dresses at JC Penny's for around 80 bucks. Go and find the ones on sale b/c they are cheaper than that sometimes!

Hit up local thrift stores.
I got one of my dresses there. It's adorable, original price tag: $253.
I got it for $45.
Score!
Plus, no one else will have the same dress.
