I am still in my teens and I think I'm okay, not overweight. My goal is not to become skinnier but to achieve a healthier body and mind. So if being skinnier is a side-effect(in which it probably will) then i'll be glad all the same. I want some tips on how to live a healthier life, mentally or physically.
I have about 30-40 min of exercise a day currently. And I'm a sensitive person, especially to insults, so is there a way to block out these bad accusations or names?

Short version is to rise above it and focus on what task was at hand before the criticism. When I was in school I use to mess up bullies for a living. If I saw one of the known ones picking on somebody clearly afraid of them I would walk up and Biiiich slap the bully then walk away but now we must use our minds so remember this: If your mind is respectable than it should easily succeed in ignoring such juvenile comments for it is not the mind that remains under developed!

Stop by your library on your way home from school and pick up some books on self-esteem for teenagers.
