My friend goes to weight watchers. She is allowed 30 points a day. So with that I have been eating the weight watcher and lean cuisine meals which usually are 4 or 5 points each.

Good luck! I tried to get the book from Barnes and Noble and they wont give it to you unless you're a member. You have to find someone who's already joined and has it or look on ebay.

ask somebody who is in it. but it is a pretty good program, my friend does it, and she is really healthy and has lost some weight.
