Liver problems can turn you jaundice (yellow) too. You could have Lymes disease from a tick bite but I don't know how common that is in your area. Take it from me DON'T look for answers online, you need a doctor to evaluate you and do the appropriate tests. If you look up any symptom, the one word that will always grab your attention is CANCER and it is very unlikely that you have that. But it will cause you great anxiety just to think that it's possible.

You are probably either not eating right, not getting enough exercise or you have a sleep problem.

Asking people to tell you what they know about this wide range of symptoms is letting yourself in for a heap of unnecessary worry. Go to the doctor for a ck up = ask for
blood "tests" a wide range of testing. There are many
things that could cause your symptoms, some serious and
others not. The best thing is better safe than sorry, so do
this before something simple becomes serious.......
Have a posative attitude knowing it is something simple.

I'm guessing you checked if you had anemia. Well, you might be over sleeping, try to spend some time outside and enjoy life a little more. Also, start working out, that can help release endorphins, which make you feel better. I lethargic when I'm under stress.
