how do i pass the officer selection committee in the navy?

i have to go in front of a selection board and work with a team
and at some point in control of the team in a series of exercises, how do i show the judges my leadership and teamwork abilities

Asking others seems to show some leadership, your willing to take some comments to use as direction.
It works the same in the military or corporate life, good leaders need to listen take in all they can and then make good leadership decisions.
You need to do a good job, do what you know and be your self, because if your not then it shows up.
