Ya you cannn CHEERIOS HAS lots of sugars, carbs, and calories. If you are in the mood though you can eat Kellogs Special K, the one that helps you loose inchs in 2 Weeks. Im on a diet andd in the mornings I eat that. Just read the labels.

Yes, it's full of sugar.
If you want a lower sugar cereal with great taste try the different granola cereals, they're slower to digest and won't give you a sharp rise in blood sugar(the faster it rises the faster the sugar is getting processed by your body, and the faster it becomes fat). There's some great cereals, I recommend "Nature's Path" cereals, I eat their cereals every morning. They're multigrain and organic to boot.
