thanks for answering, im asking out of pure interest. my passion in life is wrestling and i want to be a pro wrestler one day, but at the moment to help me get there im looking to start weightlifting or body building. what are your thoughts? it may sound strange but im truly willing to give my life to be a pro wrestler, and if that means i have to sacriface anything i'll do it, so injury isn't an issue, unless its very serious. for deeply personal reasons wrestling has saved my life in more ways than one. anyhow, thank-you very much again for answering.
i love wwe.

The things you do now effect you later in life. If you overtrain, or unnaturally change your body shape too drastically, you'll store up problems for later.
Go to a good gym and take advice from an expert. A sports therapist can check you over and advise you on where you could be doing damage. Take your time and give your body time to develop or your wrestling career will be short.
Even Hulk Hogan has hip problems.
