If a man does not sleeps for whole night what will happen to him

I've known drug addicts who've stayed up for weeks. Regardless of what you use to keep you awake, sleep deprivation can cause lack of sound judgement, severely reduced motor skills, hallucinations, paranoia, severe emotional disturbances, lack of concentration, and general ill effects to your physical body.
I don't recommend it.

He will fall asleep the next night, or the next.
If you can't sleep for more then 3 nights, go to you doctor and ask for some mild sleeping pills, because in the end lack of sleep will get you rather crazy. Anyway don't panic, nature mostly helps itself.

Well he can not sleep for 1 day and he would probably be tired and not have that much energy
