The man was found hanging with a puddle of water underneath him, since you did not specify if there were stools or chairs or benches or anything like that in the room the only way the man could have gotten up there is if he stood on an oversized icecube, wich explains how he got up there and why there is a puddle of water underneath him.

The man rope hanging from the ceiling. Since there was nothing else in the room to jump of of, he put a giant block of ice underneath it and waited for it to melt.

if they drowned him, he should be all wet, the info is just a puddle of water....not him being wet, a block of ice....why would you stand up in a block of ice? peed? (could be, lol)you say enough info given....hanged from where? from the shower? from a tree? bungee jumping?

he comitted suicide by
tieing a nuse around his neck and attached it to somthing(whatever he was found hanging from) then he steps on a block of ice and waits till it melts which seems really slow way to die to me.
or he was murdered by getting knocked out first.
