That is not a lot of food. You should set goals for yourself. Try eating an entire steer organs and all. Don't forget the rolls and be sure to wash it down with plenty of beer.

Well, obiously what you are doing is not good for you so maybe I can help. I tried the south beach diet. Your problem will come from having to cut out the carb intake. However, the diet highly sugests that if you are hungry then you are not eating enough. On this diet you can eat as much as you want of certain foods. Peanutbutter is not off the list, however peanuts that are whole are better for you. Drink lots of water so that you are not as hungry. The first two weeks are hard... however after that it gets easier. Trade in your pizza for steaks. Its actually not as hard as it seems. If you are like me and you love your pasta then there are brands that make low carb pasta (and I thought they would be disgusting but I can not tell the difference). I dropped a signifigant amount of weight and was never hungry at all. Also, the diet boasts that you should not have to cut out everything you love. If you get through the first few weeks and really want your fav. snack, then have it. So your peanut butter dish is not completely pulled off the shelf. Another good aspect is that it sais that after the first few weeks they reccomend that you have a glass of wine with dinner. You wont need to go crazy and join a gym, but short walks do help alot. For the $7.99 it will cost you to pick up a copy of the book, its worth your while to check it out. I have been struggling with my weight for many years and this is the only diet that has worked for me. Please dont confuse it with Atkins as that diet is not made for life time continuance as South beach is. Good luck.

I'm going to assume that ur serious about ur question, so I'll answer seriously. The first thing u have to do is start working out. I know, it's hard, but it'll help two ways... actually 3. First, the more you work out, the more your appetite decreases. (don't know why but it does). Secondly, working out will burn the calories of your bad eating habits, so you'll lose weight. (or at least not gain any, hopefully) Thirdly, after you keep it up, you'll start to see results, and even start fitting into clothes u havent' worn in awhile (which boosts ur self-esteem). One more thing, there's nothing wrong with enjoying food and liking to eat. I like to eat too, but I'm only 130 lbs. Try this: instead of eating 5 fries, eat a salad and fries. Instead of a sub sandwhich, eat some pasta. I try to substitute meat and bread for water and carbs cuz it helps w/ur energy levels for working out. What's wrong with trying to workout and change ur eating for 4wks? You'll never get anywhere if u don't try.

You can bait and switch to start off, and then focus on changing yours habits after.
Have the peanut butter near by so your eyes can see it - but stick a spoon of oatmeal in your mouth instead. Carrots dipped in ketchup instead of fries, etc.
Then, you'll have the food right - and it's time to change your emptional relationship with food.
You should probably be talking to a doctor about all of this - they can help in so many ways - and they will be glad to hear you want to change!
Best wishes.

I think that u r addict to food....Well, don't think of food and always use a smaller size plate to eat and always use the spoons.
Do not eat alone....Always eat with some persons/friends....so that u will feel a bit shy of eating the food. If u sit alone and eat no one will care about how much u eat....
Drink water when u r hungry....and involve urself with some activities that will keeps u to forget about food.
Instead of eating pizza's eat vegetables and fruits....

I think you need to see a professional. What you have sounds more like a habitual eating disorder, and perhaps even a mental disorder. FYI, many MEALS a day isnt good for you, *small* snacking is good through the day. That way you eat less at meals.

write down all the things you eat through out the day, and count the calories. It will really open up your eyes.
take a picture of your self and see if you like what you see.
find a diet buddyand excersise with them.
eat much much slower
drink tons and tons of water
when you want to eat but you know that you've already have way to much to eat, chew gum.
phoning a friend when you crave something really helps you to take off your mind off of food.

well instead of all that junk food just try to eat veggies and fruit...those you can eat ALL day long and you will actually loose weight.
You also could get off the couch and do something with your life. Go to a gym, to work, take classes, go window shopping in the mall...lots of stuff...just don't sit and eat all the time.

Maybe cut down gradually and introduce more fruit and vegetables.
Fruit and veg keep you fuller for longer.
Plus fruits like bananas and apples are yummy ^^
Stop eating so much fast food, maybe have it as a treat one night every week?
Ooooh and drink water!
