Here are some I found, I am not sure if they are 'good', because I have never tried them, but I hope you will like them.
I hope you don't use the metric system, because this isn't using metric.

•CHEESY CORN RECIPE•
Ingredients:
3 (16 oz. ea) packages frozen corn
12 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup butter or margerine cubed
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons sugar
6 slices American cheese, cut into small pieces

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a slowcooker. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Stir well before serving.


•CARIBBEAN CORN RECIPE•
Ingredients:
vegetable cooking spray
3 cups corn cut from cob
1 clove minced garlic
3 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
3 tablespoons skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup sliced green onions

Directions:

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add corn and garlic; saute 5 minutes.

Combine pineapple juice and next 5 ingredients; add to corn. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add green onions; cover and cook an additional 5 minutes.
This recipe serves/makes 5


•SCALLOPED CORN•

1 pound of frozen corn
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 cup of milk
Salt & pepper
Bits of butter on top

Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes.
Scalloped Corn 2

30 saltine crackers
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
Dash pepper
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 beaten egg
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Put crackers in plastic bag. Coarsely crush with rolling pin to make 1 1/2 cups. Combine corn and milk in baking dish. Stir in egg. Add 1 cup of the crushed crackers, chopped onion, salt and pepper. In a skillet melt the butter over low heat. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Combine remaining 1/2 cup cracker crumb with butter. Sprinkle butter and crumb mixture over top of the casserole. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove baking dish with potholders.


•GRILLED CORN WITH GARLIC DILL BUTTER•

1/2 cup of butter, softened
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill weed
3 cloves garlic, minced
6 fresh ears of corn, with husks

Stir together the first 3 ingredients, cover and chill for 8 hours. Remove the husks from corn. Grill corn, uncovered, on a lightly greased grill rack over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the corn is tender, turning occasionally. Serve with herbed butter.

Cut corn off cobs 6
diced medium onion
diced medium green red, and yellow pepper
olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Saute all vegetables in olive oil until the corn is tender, add salt and pepper. Makes a good snack too!

Add all the dry constituents to a colossal blending bowl and include. Add tired corn and inexperienced chilies. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, and cheddar cheese. Mix good. Pour right into a thirteen X nine pan (a million/four sheet), or muffin pans which have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 20 mins or till golden brown. Freezes good.

Layered Fiesta Casserole

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium red pepper, chopped
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed
12 corn tortillas (6 inch)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided



PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Brown meat with peppers in large skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Stir in salsa, tomatoes and corn; bring to boil.
SPOON 1 cup meat mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with 6 tortillas, overlapping as necessary. Spoon half of the remaining meat mixture over tortillas; top with 3/4 cup of the cheese. Top with remaining 6 tortillas and meat mixture. Cover with foil.
BAKE 25 to 30 min. or until heated through. Remove from oven; uncover. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.

You can make corn chowder, corn bread, you can mix corn into any sort of dish like chili, stew, seafood gumbo, they are all good.
