When you are sequester by the court while on jury duty are you premitted contact with yuor family?

No,no contact with the outside world.

Many times no, but when you are picked for jury duty, you need to bring that up and explain that you have a condition that requires you to be with your family so you can be excused.

That does not always work, though. If it is a long sequestration, the court may allow conjugal visits.

That all depends on the crime and the judge. Most of the time the juries can contact family.

This guy question is typical of the jury pool we have to choose from. Now you can understand why we get some of theses stupid verdicts.
