i am thin, and 28 years old,want to build my body in a good shape,so tell me which food i have to take and if any tablets should i use.

Uh, maybe this is a no-brainer but you need to lift weights.

Tablets? Uh eat a lot of meat and peanut butter for the protein and then lift some weights. Progressively go for 3 sets of 10 and increase the weight once it becomes easy.

Rip that muscle.

Just eat dude. EAT ALL THE TIME. Pizza has major calories and carbs. Try to avoid eating healthy all the time. This will put weight on. And then lift heavy weights with low reps. No more than 2 sets of 8-12 reps of your highest weight you can lift. No more than 2 exercises focusing on a major muscle group. Oh yea and EAT EAT EAT
