She will randomly say " I don't like you" in class to me when I haven't even looked at her or tell someone to tell me that randomly. We have never talked really or anything so I don't even get what is going on. I never even expressed a true interest in her. What is she trying to do here or what is going on!? I am so confused....

That is rather strange!
Is she suffering from a mental illness or something?
Would that be possible, do you think?
Unless...
Unless she is secretly in love with you and doesn't know how to express it "properly", which is a sign of total emotional immaturity but I can only assume that you're both still in high school, is that a fair assumption to make on your behalf?
My unsolicited advice to you would be to talk to her directly and ask her openly why she is behaving that way towards you.
Is it in any way justified, as far as you're concerned?
Only you know the answer to that.
How do you honestly feel about this girl?
Does she matter to you at all (and it looks like she does considering you have just wasted five precious points asking this question revolving solely around that particular schoolgirl)?
You need to ask yourself those questions; once you find out the answer, you won't be feeling so confused, I can assure you!

She really likes you but she is trying to get you to make the first move. that's really childish. If she likes you then she should tell you. If she can't tell you then she doesn't need to be in a relationship. You could always give her the benefit of the doubt and ask her if she likes you. Maybe that will make it easy on her.
