I'm worried I am too tall for my age.
Recently my friend (who is taller) has become obsessed with being short and cute. I find she bends her knees when I'm talking to her just so she can look up at me. She's even started walking with bent knees which is slightly ape-like, it is making me paranoid about my height. I know this is slightly odd but please help! o_o;

you are not too tall infact you are quite average
and trust me being short and cute sux
i have peoople tell em i look like i'm 12 all the time and i'm 16!

tell your friends that she'll screw up her knees and back if she keeps that up

Yes, you're taller than the average female, but there's nothing wrong with that. I'm 5'6" and wish I was taller. Models are usually at least 5'9". Your friend has an unhealthy obsession and could hurt her development by walking like that.

No you are average. I am 14 and 5'8'', so dont worry about it. You are at a good height and how tall you are is nothing to be paranoid of, esspecially when you are average height.

No, I'm 5'8 and very happy with my height. God made you 5'5 for a purpose and there is no reason to be embarrassed.

Wow 5'5" at 16, nothing wrong with that, you shouldnt grow much more, and if you do , enjoy it, take it from me , i know short I am 4'10" and it sucks enjoy it!

You cannot be too tall or too short. You are what you are. Its predetermined and not by you.
