that is i will do Elliptical for 15 mins and treadmill for 30 mins, leg press/calf raise for 10 mins 6 days a week...How long it will take to reduce 40 lbs.
And i would like to know about SlimFast...how to take that pls tell me and how about green tea i heard that it is a fat burner....is that true....if so can i drink canned green tea ? pls help me.....Surely I need to reduce weight....or any other weight reducing tips that really works......pls help me
