that is i will do Elliptical for 15 mins and treadmill for 30 mins, leg press/calf raise for 10 mins 6 days a week...How long it will take to reduce 40 lbs.
And i would like to know about SlimFast...how to take that pls tell me and how about green tea i heard that it is a fat burner....is that true....if so can i drink canned green tea ? pls help me.....Surely I need to reduce weight....or any other weight reducing tips that really works......pls help me

A healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. So, if you lost 8 pounds per month, it would take you around 5 months to lose 40 pounds.

You don't need to take SlimFast or even green tea. If you start a healthy lifestyle by eating right, drinking water and being active, you'll lose the weight.

My tips:
•Eat 5-6 small healthy meals each day! Don't forget to include fruits and veggies! Never skip meals, don't starve yourself and stay away from diet pills/tablets/drinks...
•Water! Drink it!! It really does help with the weight loss process.
•Obviously, exercise! Walk, join a gym, run, play a sport, swim, dance around your house, run up and down your steps--anything! Just get moving!!
•Keep away from junk foods, fast foods, sodas, candies, and other sweets!! If you HAVE to drink a soda, drink caffeine free diet soda. Keep in mind that for each caffeine drink you take in, you need to increase your water intake!

You really can do this! Set your mind and keep a positive attitude. If you're obsessed with the scale, I recommend you take measurements as well. Sometimes we get depressed when the scale doesn't move, and that can send us into making terrible choices. If we take measurements, we can see that we're losing inches even when the scale isn't moving, or even moving up!☺
