Hi, I definitly need the rails because she is not a sound sleeper but all the beds I looked at withn rails are toddler beds with a crib mattress, but she is big for her age and it would only be for a couple of months and a waste of money. Please Help!

My 4 your old still fits in her toddler bed comfortably, but i think a twin bed for a 2.5 yr old would be fine. If you are worried about her falling out, you could start out with the mattress on the floor. Is your question about whether or not this is a good idea or where you can get the rails?

try walmart they have some really good tot beds for cheap
besides that look at this one
it's expensive but it takes crib or twin mattress and converts to older girls easily
