But if you lose 10lb, you will be underweight. And at 5ft9 and a UK size 10, you must look pretty skinny already.

Everyone has some body fat, that is normal and you can't get rid of every ounce of fat on your body. You can always tone up, but you certainly don't need to lose weight.

You should try to be happy with how you are.

Take care : )

Join a group like Weight Watcher ... hey Fergie did great there.

Also, improving your body image helps major. Fashion, cuts, lenghts, shoes, and body posture are KEY in creating confidence in your body.

Most cringe when talking about Paris ... but she really is a genious in her ability to look in the mirror and find that "Pose" which elevates her outfit with her body posture. Little things as simple as how you hold your jaw line ... walking with books on you head will create the soft line that makes you look great and stop men dead in their tracks. You've got to have the ablity to flirt with yourself in the mirror. This involves ceasing saying "I'm fat" and replacing with "I'm good"!!!

I lost weight watching my calorie intake on this website:
dailyplate.com
It's a free website that helps you make sure that you take in less calories than you burn, which in turn you lose weight.
