drinking raw egg is no longer safe. bacterias only remove when the are at a certian temp. Fact :the most dangerous part of the egg is the shell they may contain samenella poisioning from the inside of the chicken. eating eggs in cookie dough is very small traces i don't think it would do anything unless you ate the equivilant of 1 or 2 eggs,

Who says its good for body builders to drink raw eggs? they are taking their chances too. My ex once got food poisoning from home made egg nog at a party(unpasturized). anything containing spoiled eggs can make you sick, not just cookie dough. If the eggs are good though it should be ok. You take your chances.

I know a lot of people that drink raw egg. Caesar salad dressing and many mayonnaise has raw egg in it.
