Sweet heart my husband is orginally from Wisconsin, Im orginally from Texas {god i miss home} and we live in NORTH DAKOTA!!! Of all places! We have two dogs one is 60 pounds the other is 120 pounds and no way in hell will they fit in a sink and no way in hell can I fight with them to get them in the bath tub. So guess what, we dont bathe our dogs in the winter. We have them professionally bathed the first time snow falls or it starts getting cold out because they come in the house during the winter months. And when it warms up we bathe them outside and they stay outside during the summer. My dogs are not "dirty" they have a swimming pool kept in their side of the yard that they lay in and it gets the dirt off them. Back home in Tx we always bathed our dogs yr round outside, did I mention I miss texas?

You could take your dog a bath in the bath tub but I woulden't because I would not take a chance of my pet getting sick on me. Just in case if you do make sure you have a heater on for your pet because there gonna be cold as soon as they get out the bathtub. Try waiting until its get a little warmer

I live in wisconsin also. I give my dogs a bath in the bathtub. Even if your dogs big I'm sure the bathtub will be just fine. Just after either take him downstairs to dry or dry him wherever you'd like.

In the bathtub.
Actually, I bathe her in the bathtub in the summer months too. she hates water so it's about the only place I can confine her to a small area to keep her from running and hiding under a bed. I forgot to close the door once and wound up with soap all over the house. I use the basement bathtub. Easy to confine her and easy to clean up the mess afterwards.

If I wash her at home I do it in the bathtub and just turn the heat up about 20 min before the bath and then towel dry her really good then get out the hair dryer..

Well in Oklahoma we have Dog Washes (like car washes)... You can also use your own bath tub. Having a shower head with a hose makes it very easy to do it in the bath tub.

The tub, using a handheld shower attachment. Put a towel or mat in the bottom of the tub to keep the dog from slipping around and scratching the tub (if fiberglass).

I give the dog a bath in the bath tub. Nothing a good old scrubbing of your tub can't fix afterwards.
