As long as you get them both as puppies together. They will grow up as siblings and won't have any major issues. But just like human siblings, fights will occur, just be prepared and keep a newpaper on hand. The sound will scare them and hopefully get their minds off each other!

Depends on each's personality, but I don't see why not. I am not sure if gender matters much, assuming they will be neutered anyway.

There is an advantage to getting them together, but the other side of that is it's not so easy to bond with and train 2 puppies at the same time, especially if their individual rates of learning and cooperating are markedly different.; distraction and jealousy might be aproblem too.

You should definitely choose a vet in advance and discuss these issues and others...

we had a rott fullgrown and we brought a bully in and they were fine with eachother!

i dont see why not as far as breeds go. it depends on its indivdual temperments, unless you buy it as a puppy
