OK this sounds strange. I think you need to ask your workplace to do a risk assessment on your workstation. You can ask for this at any time and they have to do it especially when you are pregnant.

Also seek some medical advice for yourself. I don't know if this is pregnancy related but ask a doctor to see if they have any advice for you.

Whatever it is it doesn't sound right. Maybe it would help to spend less time staring at the screen, so when you're not at work, don't spend all your time watching TV or on Yahoo Answers!

Maybe you could need glasses. Try getting your eyes tested as well.

Good luck, I hope this helps!

How far along are you? If your still early in pregnancy it may just be sickness. If it's just at work or looking at a computer then maybe it's something else. I am 34 weeks and have an office job. The computer has never bothered me before.

You may also want to try the lowest level of reading glasses that you can find. You know, pregnancy can change a lot in regards to your body and pregancy.

Good Luck to you : )

sounds like a combination of bad eyesight and nausea cause by the pregnancy.

You might want to get your vision checked. You may need reading glasses.

Try to rest your eyes when you are not working spa style with cucumbers or teabags. They work wonders. Also you way want to invest is a screen magnifier for your PC/Laptop.

Hope you feel better

You need to have water and something like fruit or nuts to snack on to help that feeling. I had the same problem and it helped me. Also closing my eyes for 5 min helped too.

I really don't know what to suggest you do because I never worked during any of my pregnancies. I did have 'morning sickness' and I took pills for it.

try to close your eyes before you look away from the screen, then turn your head gently, and open them again.
I know it's hard to remember, but it might help.

Have you had your sugar tested? I had those symptoms and it turned out I had gestational diabetes.
